We do not operate subscription services, and any charges you have received will be for entering one of our single payment competitions. To enter you text a keyword to a shortcode, WIN to 63103 for example and you are charged £2 plus one standard network rate message by your mobile operator.

Unless we receive the initial entry request we are unable to bill you, on your bill you will see that your mobile operator has also billed you in this process of one standard network rate message (around £0.12p). This is because texts to premium rate shortcodes are not included in your usual text allowance. Please speak with your mobile operator if you have any questions on this.
We can confirm that if you have been billed by Bauer Media this would be for texting one of our competitions and you are not in a subscription service. There are no ongoing charges and you will not be charged unless you look to enter again in the future.
We are always very clear with our charges and the fact that you must obtain permission from the bill payer before entering.
As per the terms and conditions on entering you agree to receive the free marketing messages by text relating to the competition. These are free messages and you can opt out of these at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. There is no charge for texting stop but there is a cost of one standard network rate message from your mobile operator.
We can confirm that any message that starts "FreeMsg" are FREE of charge, we pay your mobile operator to deliver these messages to you.

If your mobile operator tells you that we have charged you on a subscription basis, then please ask them to double check your query. You can also use the number checker on the Phone-Paid Services Authority website if you wish to confirm the single payment charges.
